This design was done under the employment of the late Paulo Esteves while working at Parallax Design Lab.
The client had a massive impact on the design processs as he was also the builder.
The merging of boxes and linking blocks unfolds these spaces in a unified design.
The dwelling features some basement parking, office, viewing deck, a pool on the second storey and three bedrooms all en suite.
